HDR interiors and exteriors
Multiple exposures blended per frame so windows hold their view and interiors keep their detail. Verticals corrected, colour consistent room to room.
Twilight exteriors
Shot in the twenty minutes after sunset when the sky still has colour and the house lights read warm. The single strongest image in most listings.
Aerial photography
Roof, lot lines, pool, waterfront and the approach to the property. Included at every tier rather than billed separately.
Vertical video tours
Fast-cut vertical edits sized for Reels and TikTok, delivered ready to post rather than as a file you have to crop.
Full video walkthrough
A stabilised walk through the property, cut to music, for listings where a static gallery is not enough.
Detail and finish work
Close focus on the finishes that justify the price. Stone, joinery, appliances and fittings.

Over 7,000 square feet is quoted. Standalone twilight session $175. Virtual staging $40 per image. 3D tour up to 3,000 square feet $185. Additional vertical cut $95. Same-day rush adds 40 percent. Shoots booked before 2pm deliver the following business day.
Next-day delivery, and what that actually means
A shoot that finishes before 2pm is delivered by end of the following business day. Friday and Saturday shoots land on Monday. We say this plainly because turnaround is the thing agents complain about most, and a listing that goes live three days late has already lost its first weekend.
No travel surcharge across Miami-Dade and Broward
We are based in Miramar, which sits between the two counties. Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Dania Beach, Weston, Plantation and Pembroke Pines are all covered at the listed price. Several South Florida studios operate out of Palm Beach and add a surcharge to come this far south.
Preparing the property
Lights on throughout including lamps, blinds open and level, cars off the driveway, bins out of shot, counters and bathroom surfaces cleared, toilet lids down, pets away, pool cleaned and cover off. Thirty minutes of preparation is the difference between a good gallery and a great one, and it costs nothing.
Aerial and FAA Part 107
Commercial drone flight requires an FAA Part 107 certificate. We hold one. Much of Miami-Dade and Broward sits under controlled airspace for Miami International, Fort Lauderdale Executive and Opa-locka, which needs authorisation rather than just a drone and good intentions.
Questions we get asked
How much does real estate photography cost in Miami?
Packages start at $195 for properties up to 2,500 square feet, $345 up to 4,500 square feet, and $595 up to 7,000 square feet. Aerial photography is included at every tier. Larger properties are quoted.
How quickly do I get the photos?
Next business day for shoots finishing before 2pm. Friday and Saturday shoots deliver Monday. Same-day rush is available for an additional 40 percent.
Is drone photography included?
Yes, at every tier. Most studios in South Florida bill it separately at $75 to $125. Drone video is included in Showcase. We fly under an FAA Part 107 certificate.
Do you charge for travel?
No, anywhere in Miami-Dade or Broward. Beyond 30 miles outside those counties we bill $2.50 per mile.
Does the agent need to be there?
No, provided we have access. Many agents use a lockbox and we send confirmation when we arrive and when we leave. If the property is occupied, someone should be there to let us in.
What if the property is not ready when you arrive?
We will shoot around minor issues at no charge. If the property needs substantial preparation and we have to return, a reshoot is $95. We send a preparation checklist when you book, which usually prevents it.
How many photos will I get?
Between 25 and 75 depending on package and property. We deliver what the property needs rather than padding a number, and everything is edited. There are no unused or duplicate frames in the gallery.
Can you shoot occupied or tenanted properties?
Yes. We work around furniture and residents and can photograph a property that is still lived in. Let us know in advance so we allow extra time.
