A live stream has no second take. Whatever happens on the day is what your audience sees, and the failure modes are unforgiving — a venue uplink that collapses at the keynote, audio that clips through the panel, a feed that drops with four hundred people watching.
HDX Marketing produces live streams and webcasts across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — conferences, product launches, panels, town halls, and hybrid events.
What we handle
- Single and multi-camera production with live switching, so the stream cuts between speaker, slides, and audience rather than sitting on one locked-off wide.
- Presentation integration — slides, video playback, and lower thirds keyed live rather than added afterwards.
- Audio taken from the house desk with our own backup capture. Audio is what viewers actually leave over, not resolution.
- Connectivity including bonded cellular backup where venue internet cannot be trusted, which in practice is most venues.
- Simultaneous destinations — your platform, YouTube, LinkedIn, or a private authenticated link, streamed at once.
- Recording and post-event edits so the event keeps working as on-demand content.
The part most quotes leave out
Venue internet is the single most common point of failure in event streaming, and it is almost never tested properly beforehand. Conference wifi shared with several hundred delegates will not carry a broadcast-quality upstream.
We site-survey the connection ahead of the event and bring bonded cellular as a fallback. If a quote you are comparing does not mention connectivity at all, that is the risk you are being handed without being told.
Hybrid events
Remote attendees are a real audience, not an afterthought watching a static camera at the back of the room. Hybrid production means remote questions reaching the panel, remote speakers appearing properly on the room screens, and a stream cut for people who were not there.
Pricing
Single camera — $1,850
One operator, live encode to one destination, recording included. Suits panels, briefings, and single-speaker sessions.
Three camera — $3,500
Live switching, presentation integration, house audio with backup capture, multi-destination streaming. Suits conferences and launches.
Multi-day and hybrid — custom
Quoted on session count, venue, and remote speaker requirements.
Bonded cellular backup is included in the three-camera package. On single-camera productions it is a 0 add-on, and we will tell you plainly whether your venue needs it.
Frequently asked questions
How much does live streaming an event cost in Miami?
A single-camera stream runs $1,850 and a three-camera switched production $3,500. The variables that move a quote are camera count, event duration, and whether the venue connection needs backup.
Can you stream to more than one platform at once?
Yes. Streaming simultaneously to YouTube, LinkedIn, a corporate platform, and a private link is standard, and it costs nothing extra in production terms.
What happens if the venue internet fails?
We carry bonded cellular that aggregates multiple carriers, and it fails over without interrupting the broadcast. This is the reason to survey the venue in advance rather than discovering the problem at the keynote.
Do we get a recording?
Yes, recording is included in every package. Post-event edits — session cuts, highlight reels, and social clips — are quoted separately.
How far in advance should we book?
Three weeks minimum, so the site survey can happen before the event rather than on the day. Shorter notice is sometimes possible but the connectivity survey is the step that gets lost.
Can you handle remote speakers?
Yes. Remote presenters are brought into the switch properly so they appear on the room screens and in the stream, rather than being played out of a laptop.
Do you cover events outside Miami?
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach are standard. Elsewhere in Florida and the Caribbean is quoted with travel.
