Why South Florida listings need the aerial
In most markets drone footage is a nice extra. Here it is often the argument. Waterfront position, dock and canal access, proximity to the intracoastal, lot size, and the relationship between a property and the water are things ground-level photography simply cannot show.
If the location is a meaningful part of the price, the aerial is not an upsell. It is the shot that justifies the number.

How many photos do I get?
Unlimited. We shoot the property properly and deliver the full edited set rather than capping you at a number.
Do you shoot twilight?
Yes — twilight exteriors are a 0 add-on. Worth it on waterfront and luxury listings, rarely worth it elsewhere, and we will tell you which yours is.
How should the property be prepared?
Decluttered, lights working, blinds open, cars off the driveway, and pool cleaned. Preparation affects the final gallery more than any equipment decision, and a prepared property also shoots faster.
Do you work with brokerages on volume?
Yes. We offer volume pricing for teams and brokerages shooting regularly — get in touch with your typical monthly listing count and we will put a rate together.
Are you FAA certified for drone work?
All aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots. Drone coverage is included in the Standard and Premium packages rather than billed as an extra.
