Corporate Video Production, Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Corporate video in South Florida is a crowded field, and most of it looks the same — a sweeping drone shot, a founder in a boardroom, music that could belong to any company in any industry.

We make corporate video for businesses that have something specific to say and need it said clearly. Brand films, executive and founder profiles, recruiting content, customer stories, and internal communications across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

What we produce

  • Brand and company films. The piece that lives on your homepage and opens your pitch deck. Two to three minutes, built around what you actually do differently.
  • Executive and founder profiles. Interview-led films that put a face to the business — particularly effective in professional services, where clients are buying judgement rather than a product.
  • Customer stories. Third-party proof. The single most persuasive asset in a considered B2B sale, and the one most companies never get round to filming.
  • Recruiting content. Culture films that shorten hiring conversations and reduce the number of candidates who withdraw late.
  • Internal communications. Training, onboarding, and all-hands content that people actually finish watching.
  • Event coverage. Conferences, launches, and panels — often paired with live streaming.

One shoot, many assets

The expensive part of production is the shoot day — crew, gear, scheduling, and getting people in front of a camera. The edit is comparatively cheap.

So we plan shoot days to produce a set of assets rather than a single film: a primary brand piece, short cuts for social, an interview library, and stills captured in the same session. Buying one video at a time is the most expensive way to build a content library.

How we work

  1. Scope call. What the video has to accomplish and who has to watch it. This determines everything downstream.
  2. Pre-production. Shot list, interview questions, locations, and scheduling. Permitting where a location requires it.
  3. Production. Half or full day, on location.
  4. Post. Edit, colour, sound, graphics, and delivery in the formats you will actually use.

Pricing

Half day production — $2,200
Single location, one primary deliverable plus social cuts. Suits an executive profile or a single customer story.

Full day production — $3,500
Multiple setups or locations, several deliverables from one shoot.

Brand film — from $6,500
Scripted or story-led production with multi-day shooting, and the scope where a film genuinely needs to be more than a well-shot interview.

Event coverage and live streaming are quoted separately — see live streaming.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a corporate video cost in Miami?

A half day runs $2,200 and a full day $3,500, with brand films from $6,500. The variables are shoot days, number of locations, and how much scripting and graphics work the piece needs.

How long does production take?

Two to three weeks from shoot to final delivery for most projects. Rush turnaround is available where a deadline requires it.

Do you write the script?

Most corporate video works better without one. We shoot interview-led and build the narrative in the edit, which produces far more natural delivery from people who present for a living but do not act.

Do you handle location permits?

Yes, where a location requires them. Public locations across Miami-Dade and Broward often do, and it is worth resolving in pre-production rather than on the morning of the shoot.

Can you film in Spanish?

We produce in English and deliver Spanish subtitles on request, which covers most South Florida audiences without the cost of a full bilingual production. If a project genuinely needs Spanish-language interviews or voiceover, tell us up front and we will scope it properly rather than retrofitting it.

Do we get the raw footage?

You receive an unlimited-use licence to the delivered edits — web, social, paid media, internal use, with no expiry. Raw footage is retained by us as part of the production archive. We retain the right to show finished work in our portfolio.
