What live streaming costs
Redundancy is included at every tier. Most companies sell backup encoding as an upgrade, which is the wrong thing to economise on.

Additional camera and operator $650 per day. Extra hours beyond the package $325 per hour. Additional streaming destination $150. Rehearsal day $850. How the setup works
We arrive with our own encoder, switcher and audio interface rather than relying on venue equipment. Cameras feed a hardware switcher, audio is taken from the house desk with an independent backup microphone, and the programme output goes to the encoder. Everything is recorded in isolation at the same time, so you have a clean master even if the stream itself is interrupted.
What happens if something fails
Internet at venues fails more often than equipment does. We carry a bonded cellular connection that bridges multiple carriers and takes over automatically if the venue circuit drops. The encoder has a second unit alongside it configured and ready. Because the isolated recording runs locally, a total connectivity failure still leaves you with the full programme to publish afterwards.
Venues we work
We stream from hotel ballrooms, corporate offices, and convention space across Miami-Dade and Broward, including the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Broward County Convention Center. We visit unfamiliar venues in advance to check power, internet, sightlines and where the audio feed comes from.
Questions we get asked
How much does live streaming an event cost in Miami?
A single camera stream up to three hours is $1,150. Three cameras with live switching and a technical director is $2,150. A full day broadcast setup is $3,850. Additional hours are $325 and extra cameras are $650 per day.
What internet connection do you need?
A wired connection with at least 10 Mbps upload dedicated to us is ideal. We do not rely on it. Multi-Cam and Broadcast include bonded cellular that fails over automatically, so we can stream from venues with poor or shared wifi.
Can you stream to more than one platform at once?
Yes. Single Feed covers one destination, Multi-Cam covers three, and Broadcast is unlimited. Common combinations are YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live and a private page on your own site.
Do we get a recording?
Always. An isolated recording runs locally on every job at every tier, independent of the stream. You receive it after the event along with any edits included in your package.
Do you handle audience questions?
We can manage moderated Q and A from chat and route questions to the presenter or host. On-site question management is $400 and is usually worth it for panels.
How far in advance do you need to arrive?
Three to four hours before going live for a multi-camera setup, longer if the venue is new to us. Broadcast includes a half day rehearsal, which we strongly recommend for anything with a scripted run of show.
Can you bridge into Zoom or Teams?
Yes. Hybrid meetings are one of the most common jobs we do. Room cameras and house audio feed into the platform so remote attendees get broadcast quality rather than a laptop microphone.
Do you cover multi-day conferences?
Yes, and each additional day is 20 percent off. We can also deliver individual session recordings alongside the main stream so each talk becomes its own asset.
